We need a vector art file of your logo.     Usually the file extensions are: .ai, .cdr, .esp and possible .pdf if created with a vector program like Illustrator or CorelDraw.    If you only have a .tif, .png, .jpg or similar we would have to convert it to a vector file.   There is a nominal fee to convert the files.    Just give us a call and send us the file you have.

Living on an Island in the middle of the ocean creates challenges  for delivery and shipping.   We find that the best price for shipping  from the mainland is trucking the items on the mainland to California and then ocean freight from California to Hawaii.   The normal  average production time is 5-10 working days for most items to be produced on the mainland, five days transit on the mainland and then a week or so over the ocean.     If you need a rush, FedEx and UPS are also options for shipping at a much higher rate. 

Some items are created overseas.    Read the fine print on each item where the product is produced and the production time.    We can get you a shipping quote for overseas.
