Full Color Large Format Printing

Yes!   The flags, tents , table throws  and Step and repeat are all printed on state of the art sublimation printers.    Banners are printed on large state of the art printers directly on to the vinyl.   The quality of print is excellent!

It depends on where we decide to have the items printed and what is printed.   We have a USA factory that can turn around some items in 24 hours after proof approval.      The cost is slightly higher than items made overseas.    The overseas items are a bit cheaper but it takes longer to produce.    Currently you also need to factor any possible tariffs that may be added from overseas production.

Each item has a different weight as well as dimensional weight for shipping.    Any items with a frame will be a lot heaver and cost more to ship.      We normally have all items sent to California by truck, then shipped via Ocean freight to Honolulu.    With the lighter items, like a table throw, we can have them ship directly to you via ground but we still prefer to have all items sent to California to our freight forwarder.   We strive to get you the best price on shipping to Hawaii.    However, you need to plan ahead and order your items well in advance to take advantage of our ocean freight program. 

We do not print the large format printing items here in Hawaii.    Printing is either overseas or in the Continental USA.   However, we offer you our local service and we follow up on all orders from start to finish.    If needed, we will wake  early in the morning to contact the vendor to make sure everything is going as planned.   Compare prices and you will find that we compete with any printer even with the shipping cost.

Artwork has to be camera ready to print.     We prefer all designs be and saved as vector art.     These file extensions include: .ai, .cdr, .esp or .pdf if the item was designed on illustrator or CorelDraw.     Artwork files in .jpg or .png will need to be converted to vector art.   We can  convert your artwork to vector art for a fee, but  the cost is dependent on how large and complex it is.
